By submitting your phone number through any form on our website or on third-party platforms (such as Meta or TikTok), you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from us at the number provided.

  1. Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and enrollment status.
  2. Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to re-subscribe, sign up again as you did the first time.

  4. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and you will retain access to your course until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other materials available through the Services are the property of American Book Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly perform, or exploit any part of the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Services.

We do not claim ownership of content you submit through the Services. However, by submitting content to publicly accessible areas of the Services, you grant American Book Group a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and display that content solely to provide and promote the Services. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
